Stepping Up is an inter-professional leadership and management course for Evelina London Staff, designed to develop new and aspiring leaders. The purpose of Stepping Up is to support new and aspiring leaders in embedding and utilising GSTT management policies within a culture of compassion, supporting Evelina London's strategy and performance drivers.
